Young Parents Group
The Thursday Young Parent's Group aims to create an environment where the positive attachment of parent and child will be supported. We believe in an holistic approach where increasing self confidence and parenting skills and decreasing isolation is imperative.
Term 1
consists of 9 weeks covering topics and activities such as Child Safety Information, Family Planning, Play Power and Early Childhood Development.
Term 2
will adopt a mentoring program by the Young Love Foundation. For more information on the mentoring program visit www.younglove.org.au.
Target Group
Young parents up to the age of 24 years with children 0-5 years who live within the St George Area
